CenterLight Healthcare PACE’s Doctor Cares for Patients – With a Smile
When Annie Jimenez started coming to CenterLight Healthcare PACE's Day Center in the Bronx for her diabetes and high blood pressure in 2005, she didn’t know anyone at the center.
