CenterLight Healthcare Direct Complete Plan offers individuals a number of benefits and services over an Original Medicare plan, including:

Low monthly premiums

No premium if you have Medicaid Prescription Drug Coverage Benefits. (If you receive Low Income Subsidy (LIS), you are eligible to receive assistance with your Part D Prescription Drugs.

If you have full Medicaid, your co-payments and co-insurance rates will be covered by the Medicaid program.

$0 co-pay for primary care physician visits

No deductible for prescription drugs

Quality medical care from an extensive network of physicians, specialists and hospitals

Covers both Medicare Part B prescription drugs and Medicare Part D prescription drugs from pharmacies in our network.

Medicare covers certain preventive services such as mammograms, prostate cancer screenings, and certain immunizations at no cost to you. Recently, Medicare expanded coverage of preventive services to include:

1. Intensive Behavioral Therapy for Obesity
2. Screening and Behavioral Counseling Interventions in Primary Care to reduce alcohol misuse
3. Screening for Depression in Adults
4. Screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections
5. High Intensity Behavioral Therapy for Cardiovascular Disease
