Choosing the right home healthcare plan can be overwhelming. At CenterLight Healthcare we try to make it simple. If we think we can help, we will send one of our qualified healthcare professionals to your home for a free patient evaluation.
We will discuss special needs and concerns and answer any questions. We will also explain in detail how CenterLight Healthcare Select works and what services we provide, and begin enrollment if you are eligible.
