As a member of CenterLight Healthcare's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), our healthcare team of physicians, nurses, social workers and rehab specialists will help you stay safely in your own home and community for as long as possible, and will make sure you receive high quality, comprehensive care.

Member Rights and Responsibilities
Members may be liable for the cost of services not authorized by your CenterLight Healthcare program.
