The CenterLight Compliance Department is responsible for providing our staff with the tools and know-how to always do the right thing in an ethical and compliant manner. We do this through:
Policies and Procedures – we create and implement policies and procedures that articulate the federal, state and local regulations that apply to CenterLight and make them easy to understand and follow;
Training and Education – to ensure that CenterLight Health System is compliant with all legal requirements, we educate and train CenterLightworkforce on the various laws, regulations, policies and procedures that govern CenterLight and on any ongoing changes and developments to those regulations and policies;
Communication – we provide all workforce members with multiple ways to contact the Ethics and Compliance Department to ask questions, seek guidance, voice concerns and report violations.
If you suspect a case of fraud, waste, abuse, or other compliance violations, please contact us at 1-855-231-0616. You may also log on to CenterLight.alertline.com to report an issue, and the system will ask the relevant questions, prepare a report which in turn will be forwarded to the appropriate person in our organization. Both the toll-free number and website are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
