What is the CenterLight PACE OTC Enhanced Benefit?

Our Over-The-Counter (OTC) Enhanced Benefit provides PACE members with $50 each month to spend on a wide range of non-prescription health-related items, such as sun protection, dental products, skin care, etc. With this Enhanced Benefit, you will be able to order the OTC items and other miscellaneous products you need to stay healthy and have them delivered right to your door, at no additional cost to you.
Using your OTC Enhanced Benefit is easy
- Choose the items you need from the catalog and place your order by:
Logging on to www.otcwebshop.com. You will be asked to enter your user name (your CenterLight Member ID #) and password (your birth date).
or Calling OTC Mobile Stores Customer Service at 1-844-682-7867 Monday – Friday 8:30am – 8:00pm, TTY 711. You will be asked for your CenterLight Member ID # and other information such as birth date or address to verify your membership and access your account.
- Choose the items you need directly from an OTC Mobile Stores van
Use your OTC card to shop directly from an OTC Mobile Stores van, which will be parked at a CenterLight Healthcare PACE center near you on scheduled dates throughout the year. The schedule will be posted at your center and available through Member Services.
You may ask your Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) for assistance at any time.

The CenterLight Healthcare Over-the-Counter (OTC) Enhanced Benefit provides you with $50 per month to buy OTC health-related items. You can order from over 20 categories of items using the OTC catalog or shopping directly from an OTC Mobile Stores van during their scheduled visit to your CenterLight Healthcare PACE center.
How does the OTC Enhanced Benefit work?
As a PACE member, you can use the catalog to order the non-prescription health-related items you need. You may request assistance from a member of your Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) or you may place an order by:
If you prefer to shop directly from an OTC Mobile Stores van, they will be available at CenterLight Healthcare PACE centers near where you live/attend on scheduled dates throughout the year. These vans will be filled with non-prescription health-related products. The schedule will be posted at your center and available through Member Services.
Where can I get another catalog?
Contact Member Services at 1-877-226-8500 to order another catalog or visit your CenterLight Healthcare PACE center to pick one up
What if I lose my OTC card?
Contact Member Services at 1-877-226-8500, 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to order a new card. TTY users should call 711. It could take up to 15 business days to receive a new card. While you wait for your new card, you can still purchase products from an OTC Mobile Stores van using your CenterLight Member ID #.
What if the item I order from the van is too heavy to carry home?
Upon request, OTC Mobile Stores will deliver your items to your home.
What happens if I do not have enough money in my OTC account when I am making a purchase?
You are only permitted to order/purchase items within your benefit limit. If you do not have enough money in your OTC account, you need to wait until the next month to purchase your items. Note that orders from the catalog and purchases from the OTC Mobile Stores van all apply toward your $50 monthly limit.
What happens if I do not use my full balance each month?
As a PACE member, you will have $50 in your OTC account each month. You will lose any unused balance in your account. OTC account balances will not carry over to the next month. Your account will never have a balance of more than $50 at a time.
HOw many times a month can I place an order?
You can place an order as many times as you need per month, as long as you have not reached or exceeded your benefit limit. There are some items that have monthly quantity limits. Please refer to page 5.
When will my order be delivered?
If you order through the website or phone, you will receive your items two (2) business days after your order is placed. You need to be home to receive the order. If you will not be home during this timeframe, you can call OTC Mobile Stores at 1-844-682-7867 to make delivery arrangements. Delivery times may be affected by weather emergencies and other unexpected situations.
If an item ordered has medicinal content and requires prior approval from the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), the entire order will be held. Please allow four (4) business days to receive a decision from the (IDT). Upon receipt of the decision, you may call OTC Mobile Stores at 1-844-682-7867 to make delivery arrangements or simply wait an additional three (3) business days for the entire order to arrive at your home. Items requiring prior approval are noted throughout the catalog.
How will I know if a decision has been made regarding my orders for items with medicinal content?
Your Nurse Manager and/or a designated member of the IDT will speak with you and let you know if the item you requested has been approved or denied within four (4) business days. If your items are approved, the OTC Mobile Stores will deliver the order within three (3) business days after approval notification.
You will be notified by your Nurse Manager / designated IDT member if there are any delays in the decision process.

If you have other questions or issues regarding your OTC Enhanced Benefit, please call CenterLight Healthcare Member Services at 1-877-226-8500, seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (TTY users should call 711).
Important Points to Remember:
- The OTC Enhanced Benefit is for the personal use of CenterLight Healthcare PACE members only. It may not be used to purchase items for family members, friends, etc.
- The OTC Enhanced Benefit can only be used to purchase eligible OTC health-related items in the catalog and OTC Mobile Stores vans.
- The OTC Enhanced Benefit cannot be converted to cash.
- The OTC Enhanced Benefit has quantity limits on certain items. See page 5 of your OTC catalog.
- Items in the catalog are subject to change and replaced with a similar or comparable item.
