From the moment you request information about Teamcare, CenterLight’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), our team will be there to answer your questions. Our staff members have decades of experience in managed long-term care and will guide you through the enrollment process. They are fluent in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Albanian and Haitian Creole, among others, and are available to speak with you personally to help you get the assistance you need.
