Important Advisory for Teamcare Participants

Keeping you safe
during the worldwide Coronavirus Outbreak

We’ve been carefully cleaning and disinfecting our sites daily, as well as screening our participants and staff for any possibility of illness. But this has quickly become a public health crisis unlike any we’ve ever seen. It is causing major disruptions to our way of life across New York City, the nation and the world.

Day Health Centers are temporarily closed starting on March 17, 2020

To help ensure your safety, we have made the difficult decision to close our Day Health Centers until this outbreak has been contained. This means that we will be unable to provide group therapeutic or recreational activities or meals during this time.

no disruption on Medical Services

However, rest assured that our Diagnostic Treatment Centers will remain open and our dedicated staff stands ready to provide medical care according to your plan of care.

We’re here to help

If you are having difficulty getting access to food, please contact your IDT Manager or call us at 1-833-252-2737, 8AM-8PM, Monday-Friday (TTY 711). In addition, at this time most pharmacies are providing home deliveries. If you need assistance with obtaining your medication, please call us at the toll-free number above.

Family/caregiver Support

We’re asking our participants’ families to provide whatever support they can to you during this time. Please reach out to family members or others who can assist you if, due to an unexpected circumstance, your aide is unable to report for their shift.

At CenterLight Healthcare, we’re committed to your health and wellbeing, and in this unprecedented moment, the safest course of action is for you to remain at home. Rest assured that our team remains dedicated to continue providing you with high quality healthcare and services that you need. We look forward to welcoming you back to our Centers, as soon as is it safe to do so. Until then, be well. Together, we will get through this.
