Electronic Funds Transfer

As a participating provider with CenterLight Healthcare, you are eligible to receive your payments electronically. Enrolling in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is easy and secure. When you enroll in EFT, funds are deposited directly into your bank account, reducing administrative burden and eliminating the need for paper checks. EFT payments also allow you to access your claim payments faster.

As CenterLight transitions away from paper checks to faster, easier, and more secure electronic payments, we encourage you to complete and submit the CenterLight EFT Form to begin receiving direct deposits in as little as two weeks from the time you register.
