We want older adults to live a healthier and more fulfilled life in the comfort of their home and the familiarity of their community. CenterLight Healthcare offers the largest not-for-profit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the nation, with 11 PACE centers located throughout the Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. We offer medical care, social supports, activities and events, opportunities for socialization, physical, occupational and speech therapies and other services on site.
