Easy Relaxing Meditation | 簡單放鬆冥想

Join Outreach and Education Specialist Canossa Chan as she leads an easy relaxing meditation. Stress reduction is even more important these days when we're living in the midst of a pandemic. This activity is presented in Mandarin, and part of "Fun and Wellness at Home," a series of programs aimed at helping keep our participants, their caregivers, seniors and community members active and engaged as they stay home to keep safe from coronavirus.
