CenterLight Healthcare PACE in the Community

The team at CenterLight Healthcare Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) has had a busy summer out in the community.  We attended events all over New York to help educate community members, caregivers, and community leaders about PACE and other health topics. Below are some photos from these fun and educational events.

At CenterLight Healthcare PACE, our mission is to provide care and services that help enrich the lives of our participants and keep them living safely in their own homes. As part of the New York Community since our parent organization was founded over a hundred years ago, we are also committed to providing accurate health-related information to help individuals live well, stay healthy and make well-informed healthcare decisions.

We do this through online educational and recreational programs, health tips from our health care experts, educational lectures, and our team’s presence at community events such as health fairs.
