25 Years of Dedicated Service: Livette Judis

Livette Judis, CenterLight Healthcare PACE's Medical Practice Manager in Westchester, recently celebrated her 25th anniversary with the organization.

Livette serves as a personal advocate for CenterLight--recommending the plan to over five family members, including her mother. It gave her peace of mind that all her loved ones’ needed care and services* were being provided through CenterLight Healthcare PACE.

Livette takes great pride in knowing that at CenterLight Healthcare PACE, participants receive all the care they need.* Whether a participant needs a doctor, nurse, physical therapy, or social work services, PACE covers them.

Making participants happy is one of the things that Livette values. For her, nothing is better than making participants smile.

Livette started her career at CenterLight in 1988 and returned in 1997, and she has been working for the organization ever since. Livette has stayed at CenterLight because she loves what she does and views CenterLight as a part of her family. She believes that CenterLight means compassion, care, satisfaction, and peace of mind.

Livette recommends that new CenterLight team members make sure that this is where they want to be and that they love their work. "If you do what you love, it's an easy day, and it's never stressful," Livette shared. She also recommends having a chance to visit the PACE centers directly. "Seeing the services we provide and interacting with the participants is amazing. It's so much fun to dance with them, talk to them and listen to their stories."
